uninstal
delite it

Info:
The normal vote options(kick client,...) are delited.
Now there is only:
-extra time for build
(it add time for build)
--- + 30 sec
--- + 1 min
--- + 90 sec
--- + 2 min

-extra objects
(it add more objects)
--- + 5 objects
--- + 10 objects

-stop base builder
(it censel basebuilder)

-timelimit
(the map's timelimit)
--- insert a number

-restart
(restart the map)
