This mod seeks to change, and or edit a few of the games features to make it as close in line with history as possible without completely rebuilding the game or missions. Weapons damage, AI stats and skills, Rates of fire ( such as for type 92 HMG) , Health and so forth have been changed to add to the historical realism of MOHPA. Rounds like the 8x22 Nambu will have a much lower damage than a .45 ACP round for example, true to real life. Overall, Japanese weapons are quite inferior to their American counterparts, but that does not mean they are to be taken lightly.

> This mod is meant to be played on Realistic difficulty for max effect, any other will lower the overall effect for you as you will be able to take alot more damage than in RL. Keep tactics in mind, for you can be easly killed if trying to run and gun into an MG. <

> The type 100 SMG has been removed from the game because of how little it was used in history. ( Only around 10,000 to 30,000 built, and was not used in any real numbers until quite late in the war, and only in very small numbers ) Having every second soldier equiped with one was a major historical error in the unmodded MOHPA, therefore they have been removed. (You will not miss it, as with a historical powered 8x22 round they are quite poor) <

> The flying mission was not changed in anyway, and normally i use the maplist command to skip it as it has no use in the game, so dont expect that part changed <

Then start and play the game as normal. Remember to play on Realistic to get the full effect of the realism changes. THSI IS RUBBISH I INSTALLED IT THE GAME WAS LOADING IT SAID GAME HAS STOPPED WORKING. WTF!

too bad that Plane mission wasn't changed..... I love that part, and that plane mission will be much cooler if we use F6F Hellcats instead of SBD Dauntless.. big grin
